DHM Construction Services holds Class A and C contractor’s licenses, permitting us to build any type of residential or commercial building in the City and County of Denver and other cities throughout the metro area. We carry completed operations general liability insurance and also acquire WRAP policies for each project.
LEAD-SAFE CERTIFICATION
As of April 22, 2010, the EPA has implemented new regulations requiring construction professionals working in homes built before 1978 to be certified and follow specific work practices to contain and clean lead-based paint dust. Lead-based paint dust can contaminate homes endangering homeowners and construction professionals. DHM Construction Services’ team members are certified in lead-safe work practices because the health of your family and our team is our top priority.
GREEN BUILDING PRACTICES
DHM Construction Services shares your concerns about the environment and understands the importance of minimizing the impact each project has on the environment. As a service to our environmentally-conscience clients and the environment, we explore every option available to maximize the energy and water efficiency of each project and promote the use of green building materials. We also employ measures of erosion control and sediment containment in compliance with the State of Colorado to ensure that our construction will have a minimal impact on our local water resources.
JOB SITE SAFETY
Due to the nature of construction, job sites can be very dangerous. At DHM Construction Services, we go above and beyond OSHA’s standards for job site safety. Our site specific safety strategies are created to address the unique dangers presented by every different project and location. We have an unblemished safety record and we intend to keep it that way.
